The flowers were delivered via UPS and the roses were already showing signs of age. I don't think that they will last for very long.
I was originally frustrated/disappointed because the15 service charge wasn't included until the very last part of the transaction. I cancelled the order because I really only wanted to spend20-$25 TOTAL (taxes included). I was thankful to receive an email later with the service charge removed.
The Time magazine "offer" is also misleading because you have to check the box if you DON'T want extra mail coming to your house. No one likes misleading information...
I've had such good experiences with Phillip's Flowers, it's a shame this company doesn't live up to the standards of their partners.

I was totally disappointed with the flowers. I was sent a picture of the flowers as received and they are:
1: nothing like the picture...should have been colorful yet most were white
2. Many more flowers in the picture of deluxe...looks like standard
3. Was supposed to have pink vase and colorful bow...not there at all
4. Will never recommend and will discuss with AMEX as they recommended you

It was fast and easy, I just need to know how much time the delivery would take. Delivery took a while contact customer service took a while however, the customer service rep was very helpful.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
