I was a little disappointed that I followed a link that said the item would have free shipping. Then when the total rang up, there was a shipping charge so I cancelled it. Later, I recieved an email offering the free shipping, so I reiniciated my order. I think that everything is okay now.

The only thing that I have to add now is that I contacted you right after I made the order to ask if it would be possible to make the order mostly white flowers because they were her favorite. She received mostly dark purple flowers. I know that I ordered a florist mix based on what they had on hand, but was a little disappointed that they couldn't find more white flowers.
It was easy to order flowers. The only thing is that I wish they would have included the delivery charge next to the flower price before checkout. I would have checked other websites to find a cheaper delivery price.

The ordering process was easy, and self explanatory. Yes it was easy ordering and no problem with hidden charges. The delivery was prompt and with no complications. I will definitely use this company again.

I went to your site and picked what I wanted. I received a call advising the flowers may be different than what I picked. I asked what type of flowers would they be substituted with and was advised she didn't know. A few hours later I was advised that they are trying to locate a florist that can accommodate what we ordered. Last I received a phone call advising they cannot deliver when we expected. That was ok, as it was only a day later. I saw the flowers we had delivered and the arrangement was nothing like what I had picked. I will not use this service again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
