The site asked for a phone # for any problems with my order... I gave my phone # and I never received a call when my email address was incorrect... Someone should have phoned me immediately when the email did NOT go through to me properly... I had to call customer service 2x to find out when I will receive an email confirmation... Doug, the rep. Was helpful. Still annoyed that I had to wait 48 hours to receive an email, when the company should have phoned me to get correct email address..

Before receiving: The price was good, easy to navigate website. Hopefully the plant will be beautiful, if so I will never use another site again.
After receiving: I ordered the plant for my co-worker and it came in a basket. I do not like plants in baskets this is why a chose a container. The plant was pretty but, the basket was not. The basket really take away from the beauty of the plant. Some of my co-workers laughed and said it looked like a hat, not nice. The plant was a sympathy gift due to Silvia's favorite uncle passing away. We wanted the gift to be perfect.

So far so good. I used to use Teleflora but my last two orders were so terrible it was embarrassing. They wouldn't even respond to my emails. I was very impressed with how quickly the order was delivered but I was kinda disappointed with the actual arrangement. I guess that they are never what they appear to be in the pictures. I know I didn't purchase the "premium" arrangement but it was still a little lacking even for my selection. Maybe next time...
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
