Very easy website with reasonable prices
The only comment at this time is that the "service/handling fee" ($14.99) should be shown in a more obvious manner (product page/description), so that buyers are more aware of it... rather than being surprised on the very last payment summary page of the order process.
If you can't fulfill a service, just don't offer it. I paid extra to have my flowers delivered that day, and was well before the time allotted, and was told the flower shop didn't get the order ready in time. I wasn't told until after it was supposed to be delivered. If you couldn't do it, I should have been alerted right away so I could have called someone else. Also the money I paid for same-day delivery was NOT refunded.
All things considered, very bad experience. I would have been better off just stopping by the supermarket and getting flowers myself.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
