The service people were rude to me on the phone when I called to check that the flowers were delivered. The flowers that were delivered were absolutely nothing like the ones I ordered. They were not even the same color. I am very dissatisfied with my order that I paid over $40 for.

The only think I didn't like was that I couldn't change the product or gift card information from the review order screen and I couldn't get the total charges without going through the whole process of entering recipient and billing info. I had to re-enter the order several times because of this.

I happened to see the product because I visited the person the flowers were sent to and although it basically looked like the product on the website, it was missing the butterfly that was pictured.
