I paid the extra $5 to have them delivered before noon and they hadn't been. So I called customer service and they contacted the florist. Not only did she say I'd be reimbursed the $5 but also gave me a $10 gift certificate for the inconvenience. I was very pleased with how it was handled.

Same delivery was awesome, although it was quite expensive and the plant was not what I ordered (I ordered a Philodendron. I'm not sure what came, but definitely not a Philodendron.)
I was supposed to have my order next day. They contacted me and said they couldn't find a florist and that it would be here Monday, they would upgrade the order and send an apology note. I said okay.
Well today is Monday. The gift basket is for my husband and he is working from home this week so I wanted to see him get it. It's a gift to him from our kids. Today is is birthday... They said it would be here before noon. Never came. I checked status and they claimed I called in the day before and spoke with a rep to cancel my order. I DiD NOT! I was furious! The rep I spoke to said the order is gone, was confused and didn't seem concerned as if she was talking me out of my order. They refunded the money. I had a nice lady call me back after I hung up on first rep and convinces me to place another order, same stuff but a large discount and upgraded for free. I accepted as a same day, so I should still get today. They called back a few hours ago and said they would have it here tomorrow.
I'm giving them one more chance to get it here since my kids were looking forward to this delivery but I will never use them
Again! HORRIBLE! Ruined my surprise and I'm not happy!
On the day I requested the flowers to be delivered my girlfriend was gone all day. The delivery driver tried to deliver the flowers twice before leaving a note and delivering them to the next door neighbor. My girl got in at about 9pm and her neighbor, who was very excited for my girl, brought the flowers over. I was pleased that the driver delivered them to a neighbor and my girl received her beautiful Lillies. I will order from you again.

I am so angry with the flowers and balloons that I had ordered for my mother for her b-day! The balloons already down hasn't even been 24 hours yet and the flowers aren't even close to what I had picked!
