I am a bit dissappointed with the way the flowers were arranged, the picture was more beautiful and had those white little flowers that usually come with Roses, my order did not have them and the roses just kinda looked thrown together. I am really happy about the super discount I got but this was my inlaws 40th anniversary, but they really appreciated the vase and did also say that they liked the roses, but I feel like they were just being nice, because they sent me a picture of what they looked like and I wasn't too excited about them.
Was not happy with the 14.99 service and handling fee that didn't show up until closing of the order.
Quick and easy and was told by the recipient that the flowers were absolutely beautiful!

Great quality and service
I paíd an extra fee for flowers to be delivered before noon however i received a call at almost 2pm from the delivery person looking for the person the flowers were Being sent to. Greatly díssatisfied with delivery time.
Order was placed at 1pm and the local flower shop did not receive the order in time for a 5pm same day delivery. I had to physically go to the flower shop and "pick up" the flowers I had ordered so my wife would get them same day. Disappointed and probably won't shop the site again...
The only reason why I am changing my opinion now is because, even though the price was just right and the easy of flow of the website was easy...but the product was very disappointing. The flowers seemed that they were not taking care while delivering OR it could have been that the quality of the flowers given before delivery was not the best... please contact me if you would like to see pics of the flowers... *******649

I will definitely use you all again! My mom got her flowers delivered the very next day and in time for Easter. I was so happy. I tried 2 other flower delivery companies and I couldn't get next day delivery or even the day after Easter and was so happy to see that fromyouflowers.com could deliver in such short notice and indeed, she received her flowers the very next day. I ordered the flowers at approximately 8:00 PM EST on Good Friday, when I realized that I had failed to send my mother an Easter card. I always send her cards and this just slipped by - thus I needed a fall back plan and found fromyouflowers.com via e-bates. You definitely will get my business again!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
