I ordered and paid for same day, expedited delivery and I received neither. I called several times to check on my order and when or if the delivery was completed. With each call and into the next day, always the same answer..."can not get a hold of them, must be out for delivery." First 3 calls, after the delivery was supposed to have been made, I was patient. The next morning, still no news as to when the delivery will be made. Finally, the last call@ 3:30 the next day, still could not confirm delivery. I called the hotel where it's to be delivered and nope! Nothing! Frustrated at the run around. I ordered the flowers the day before@ 10 A.M to have the flowers delivered within 4 hours! This is the next day and I finally get a confirmation@ 4:23 P.M of the delivery. My friend sent a picture to thank me for the flowers. The picture looked nothing like what I ordered. Well, at least my friend was still pleased with them. To be fair, they said they refunded the expedited fee which I haven't seen on my AMEX yet but that really isn't the point, is it? I could care less about the fee but I do care about a delivery in timely manner.
Flowers were old and wilted.

The only difficulty I had was getting the correct discount as I accidentally clicked on one and then did not discover the error until the end, then I had to go back and completely redo my order.
Overall, it was a very good experience. My mother loved the flowers. She said they were beautiful and very fragrant. I am happy!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
