Egg-cellent way to order Easter baskets for my sisters
Fairly easy to use the site. I was dissappointed with how small the flower arrangement was for the price. Then when you top that off with 10-15 dollars for delivery I was dissappointed at the quantity compared to price.

The products pictured were not what was delivered. Totally different container, wilted greenery, and very "basic" looking. I was ashamed that my partner received this as a birthday gift. I have called and emailed fromyouflowers without a response at all. If I dont not get a full refund I will escallate this matter to powers that be. Please let me know what your intentions are.

THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH THE ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ADDRESSED TO MR AND MRS BUT WAS ADDRESSED TO JUST MR. MY COUSIN WAS WONDERING IF HER HUSBAND HAD A SECRET ADMIRER. SHE IS CURRENLY BATTLING CANCER AND DOESN'T NEED ANY ADDED STRESS!
The person I sent the flowers to said they were very pretty. And I could same day delivery with a wide selection
It was easy choose the flowers & the customers that I sent flowers to were overjoyed with the quality of the arrangements. I received nothing but praise about how beautiful the flowers were & they were received in a timely fashion.

Unfortunately the quality of the flowers were teribble.
The arrangement was very small consisting of 3 carnations and some wilted daisy's lost in a sea of baby's breath and a few fern leafs. A cheap grocery store bouquet would have been a major improvement.

Overall good experience. Flowers were beautiful but not exactly as represented. Said arrangement would have yellow roses and blue delphiniums and had white roses and no delphiniums. I am not exactly sure what happened but delivery was not made day promised so said I would get upgrade so maybe that was difference.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
