This was the best price I found online. For pretty much the same arrangement of flowers it beat other major online florists by 10 to 15 dollars! Which is great! The only thing I would improve is showing the final purchase price before inputting my payment information. The customer service is great, fast, and very, VERY respectful.

Arrived safely in the afternoon. Prices are a bit high, but on par with other online flower delivery services. This one was more reliable, as I've had negative experiences with ProFlowers and other companies. Thanks for the follow through, I will likely buy from here again.

I know you source from outside vendors so I can't put full blame on youflowers but I purchased flowers for my wife's birthday, I paid the extra for expedited shipping and purchased the most expensive option for a full arrangement. The flowers arrived 2.5 hours late, I had to explain to my wife that there was something being delivered which ruined the suprise, and than when she received the flowers they were not in the greatest condition. Out of the only nine roses three were broken, and the carnations that were supposed to be red were light pink, red, white, and the arrangement was over stuffed with baby's breathe As a filler. I was hoping for a refund after speaking with the representative but was told they would have there vendor send out a new arrangement. To bad the birthday suprise has come and gone and maybe the new batch will look better than the last but the suprise of it has been ruined. We'll see what they bring Thursday. Overall bad experience for a first time ordering flowers online.

I was very pleased when I got the arrangement, at first, but the next morning, most of the daisies, which is a large part of the arrangement, were all hanging downward. When I contacted customer service with my concerns and even sent a picture, I was told at first, "We have review the picture that was provided and determined the flowers are of good quality." I responde back with an "are you kidding?" response and the I received another email back saying they would refund me 10% of my order. That's basically saying my problem is no big deal to them, so I will not be ordering again from them ever again.
