There were a couple of issues with my order due to the florist not being able to fill it like pictured and the same day delivery did not happen. I was very pleased that your customer service was proactive and contacted me about the change in delivery date rather than me having to find out from my dad. The flowers were in memory of my mother's passing so the delivery date was very important to me.
