I live overseas and wanted to send flowers to my best friend who had a death in her family. I ordered the biggest/fullest bouquet option (most expensive choice) for that specific arrangement. Upon my best friend receiving the flowers, she sent a thank you message and photo, and I was shocked. The bouquet was incredibly disappointing. It looked like what one would expect for the cheapest option. I feel like I wasted my time and money. If I was living locally I would go to the florist and complain. I am so very disappointed.
We received the flowers in a timely matter...but however, the flowers I purchased for a funeral were not vibrant.the flowers were very limp and looked dead upon arrival.
So far it has been easy and hassle free.

The ordering process was quick and I always prefer to do things online. However the vase was not pink as it said it would. The bear was a lot smaller than what I paid for.

Lots of arrangements to choose from and very user friendly. Flowers sent to sister-in-law for special birthday and she called to say they were beautiful, even the matching ribbon on the vase! Very pleased!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
