The customer service was wonderful to work with and very accommodating because the flowers were getting delivered the next day instead of before 5 p.m. the day before. I did not order them until 2:30 so that was fine with me. They also refunded the delivery charge and gave me $15.00 towards my next purchase. The flowers were beautiful.
