One of the orders was not as described - it was supposed to come in a mason jar vase, which was the whole reason I ordered it and it did not - it came in a regular, plain vase, so I was extremely unhappy with that. The flowers were good but I was just disappointed that the one thing that made it distinct was not delivered.

I was not expecting the flowers to be delivered by UPS and it arrived on the day requested but not until that evening. It was a secret gift so I can't ask about it but hoping they were as beautiful as the picture.
I wanted to change my vase size but you don't allow for that when reviewing the final purchase. When the S/H is added on, you get hit with a much bigger bill. Very hard for shoppers on extreme budgets. Good site overall.

I ordered Spring Favorites for my mother's bday. Delivery was as promised. The arrangement was full of flowers in full bloom. With this arrangement I would have liked to see more spacing, as well as some of the stems and leaves. I also find beauty in the budding stage of flowers. I would have like some flowers in their earlier stages.
This is the worst experience I have ever had. I'll never shop from here again. I would type everything that happen, but just like them you probably only have so many letters to work with. They didn't tell me that. If this is showing up the flowers are 4 hours late as of now. I've been on the phone or email most of the day with this horrible company. Hey i saved 15% freaking smack in the face!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
