I ordered a set of flowers on April 8,2015 (order number *******) that were delivered to the recipient wilted and without water. This was my first time ordering from your company, as I usually use 1-800 flowers. The delivery driver evidently said that the vase had turned over in the car and the water spilled out. Ordinarily, I wouldn't complain, however the flowers that I ordered were flattened on one side. I was very happy with the easy ordering process and the email confirmations. Thank you for your time reading my concern.
Your site was great, more choices versus other sites. Also some additional discounts that other sites are not offering. My mother received her flowers and they were great.

Great as Long as order gets there before 2:30 tomorrow
I have ordered several times this year fromyouflowers.com and you really can't beat the price with the overall product that is sent! Plus, if there's an issue or even if there's not your receiving emails of when the order is not just complete but delivered! I've received Facebook photos and text photos of what my receipts have received and they are exactly what you order! Feel confident when you buy that is what is going to be delivered. Ans know that if there happens to be a mishap then the customer service team is immediately on point and you can't ask for anything better than good product with a customer service department to back it up. Will continue to use from you flowers for all my future floral needs!

The ease of ordering was great. The delivery was perfect. My disapointment was in the product itself. I thought that the bouquet would have been larger and I was hoping there would have been a bow or something on the vase. They just looked like they were shoved in by a child

I selected two bouquets for the same address and have to pay shipping twice... I am happy to spend 80 dollars on flowers, but additional 35 on shipping, including the same charge twice? And, after placing my first order (2 bouquets to the same address) I got a USD 10 OFF coupon for the next order - so I would literally have been better off ordering the bouquets separately... this doesn't seem very customer-oriented.
