The only issue i had was with same day delivery it never got received same day. I called customer service to inform them of the error the florist had made and it was delivered next day. My only advice is if you place an order for same day delivery please call check status rather than emailing so your delivery will be made on time.
THE FLOWER ARANGMENT WAS SMALLLEER THAN LISTED AND THE FLOWERS WERE SMASHED TOGATHER. VERY DISAPOINTED, BUT WAS TOO CLOSE TO VIEWING TIME TO SAY ANYTHING,HOWEVER PREVIOUS FUNERAL PIECE I PURCHASED WAS BEAUTIFULL.
I would never order through this site again. I have used sites similar to this to order flowers and always felt that a received a great value for what I paid. I was dissapointed with what was received with this purchase. There are spots where there are gaps that should have been filled with something and the size was completely dissapointing. I did see it came from Steve Mueller Florists in O'Fallon where I live and can tell you I would never have ordered flowers through them. Needless to say I have learned my lesson and will go to the local shop to order in person to avoid this problem in the future or avoid this site if I'm in a hurry. I would in the future be more aware of who you contract through for flower arrangements.
Dislike not knowing what the handling charge will be until the very end of the long process. Recipient was very happy with the flowers, though.

Flowers ended up being purpleish instead of blue, which did not match my father's urn. Originally a coupon code was applied but it disappeared when it was time to check out and there was no way to put it back. Only purchased due to email free shipping and handling.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
