I paid extra for same day delivery, and the flowers were not delivered until very late the next day. They did call me to apologize, but this was very disappointing.
Very upset didn't get my delivery until 10:15pm I was sleeping to top it off the person who I send the flowers to had left already out of town so now I'm stuck with the roses until she comes back

I would not recommend the floral designers choice for 19.99. Definitely not worth it and with the 14 dollar add on for handling and delivery. I Think it's better to go with a pictured floral arrangement. If I saw this arrangement I received before I ordered, I would not have ordered it. Simply lacking flowers! It's the old saying you get what you pay for, this was not a bargain...
Pleased with ordering process
I was very happy with the price of the flowers. They were beautiful and my mom loved the arrangement. I was very disappointed when I paid for delivery before noon and she didn't get them until 3:45pm. The customer service was amazing when I called to see what happened to the flowers. They did compensate me for the early delivery fee.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
