Flowers are ok.but paid for helium balloon and was not there...flowers lookd to open they will not last for more then 3 days
Delivery was a day late however complimentary upgrade.
I use you for all business florist needs and have not had any complaints. People have said that their flowers were beautiful. If I have any questions or concerns, always receive an answer in a timely manner.
Site was a little buggy and had to enter in information a few times cause of glitches. Over all good site and good selection/services available.
The flowers arrived AFTER noon even tho I paid the extra money for an a.m. delivery. Also the vase was the wrong color. I wasn't notified of the change or offered a refund for my $5.
Delivery Fee seems a little high at14.99 per order. That will make me shop around a little more next time to compare delivery costs versus total price!

Shopping experience was very easy. I reserved my opinion on the flowers received until after delivery. I was assured the bouquet was beautiful and the delivery person made sure the fliwers were left in the shade as the recipient was not at home during the delivery. Thank you.
