I placed my order early in the morning and paid for expedited delivery (which meant delivery should have taken place no later than 1:30pm) Around 3:30pm I received a voicemail from your customer service asking to call them. When I listened to the VM around 4pm I called in immediately. Your customer service agent informed me that the local florist didn't have the flowers needed to fulfill the order and therefore would not be delivered today. She offered to have them delivered the next day...REALLY? The importance of them being delivered on the same day was apparently lost on your company. Usually when someone actually pays to have delivery expedited, it means something.
Very easy to order flowers and they have always been very beautiful
Order was not only different from what was pictured and described, but it also arrived 4hours later than the time that I PAID to have it delivered by. Delivery driver was rude, and discourteous, but did at least inform me that I can get better service from the place he normally delivers for. Needless to say I will never place an order here again.
The order was placed and accepted with the same day delivery, but was delivered at 9pm next day after multiple inquiries to customer support. I assume that you should know if in the specific area you are not able to deliver in time and disclose this information to customer upfront. I also expect that if my order cannot be fulfilled in the promised time, you should be updating me automatically and provide the realistic expectations for the delivery time, and not cause me to contact your customer service multiple times.
With this said I must acknowledge that the customer service was very courteous and professional and provided responses in time. They also reimbursed me the same day delivery fee.

I ordered the deluxe and I was very disappointed to see the size that was delivered it wa more like a small.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
