The shopping experience was easy and the flowers were delivered within the time frame that was given, however, the flowers themselves were not anything I would have paid money for. Most of the flowers were still buds or very small. They may bloom and be pretty in a couple weeks but upon delivery it appears to be a base of weeds with a couple flowers sitting on top.
I could not see a way to edit the card when I reviewed the order so left as is because I did not want to start over the process. The order was sent with a Happy Birthday balloon instead of the requested Congratulations balloon. The receiver loved the flowers so it worked out okay and in this case the wrong balloon was not serious. The delivery was as indicated so I was pleased with that.

Flowers were not delivered as promised. The florist spoiled the surprise by contacting the recipient and changing the delivery date even though I ordered with plenty of time and paid extra for same day service. When the flowers were finally delivered they were not what I paid for. I paid for Premium and she received a small arrangement. I called customer service and they applied a $10 refund - pathetic after this order was totally messed up from the beginning. The sent me another $10 Discount code but it does not work. I regret buying from your service. I've ordered from different companies online and this is the first time in years that my order gets botched up. I will never use your website again for any price. Thanks for nothing.

My friend received a call from the delivery person, but she did not answer since she didn't know the number. The delivery person insisted and when she finally answer, she told the lady that she didn't want it to sign for them because she was not expecting flowers. The delivery Lady insisted, finally she got them...what an incredible service!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
