I have ordered flowers a few times now the first few times were amazing the last 3 times have Ben bad this last order was the most disappointing flowers were not fresh had doors on leaves seemed really plain compared to what I saw when I made my choice I'm really considering ordering else where after this exsperence

I paid for expedited service - the flowers did not come until 230PM EST.
Customer service (reply on email) returned funds from expedite without question, that was good.
I was told that the arrangement was beautiful. And I was so happy that I could order something and have it delivered the same day!
Overall this was a very good experience. I had a little trouble editing my order but the flowers were delivered to the recipients for administrative assistants day in a timely manner and were beautiful!
I paid for expedited service and did not get it. Mondy was refundade, but I would have preferred timely delivery.
The flowers were delivered two days early. I payed extra to insure deliver before noon on a particular day and they arrived two days early. Not how i wanted.
