Although the item delivered was not what I chose, my mother-in-law was pleased with the arrangement.
Huge selection of flowers. Good customer service. I did not realize there would be fees until I had entered all my information and was ask to confirm order. These fees (shipping, handling, etc were large enough to make me feel annoyed. Customer service was excellent in explaining the fees, my criticism is that customer should be alerted to what these minimum extra fees will be before she completes order process.

The arrangement received was not anything like what was pictured. This despite paying for premium flowers. Additionally, the arrangement was not delivered on time, something I paid extra for. I will say that after 45 minutes of "discussion" the folks at customer service fully refunded my purchase price. Unfortunately, that does make up for the poor choice in local partners. Not to mention the embarrassment experienced by my wife and myself when the completely hideous bunch of grocery store quality flowers was delivered to our future daughter in-law.
My order was supposed to be delivered on Sunday, (my parent's wedding anniversary) - the local florist couldn't deliver them. They were delivered on Monday instead. I was told that my order would be upgraded due to this issue, I went with the premium choice but was assured it would be made even better than that. The item that my parents received was not upgraded, in fact it wasn't nearly as nice as what I actually ordered, based upon the photo and description on the website. I spent a great deal of money on this order was am very dissatisfied with what was delivered.

The Deluxe photo on the website contained more roses than what we delivered, even though I ordered the Premium and there was no upgrade - it was a downgrade if anything. Also the container the came in was NOT the container that was on the website.
Experience was great. Beautiful arrangement, fresh flowers. Keep it up guys, flowaz dem "sell off". I will definitely be shopping here again. I made my order from all the way in the Caribbean. I sent two (2) reminders as a first timer, the guys made sure my gift was delivered in a timely manner, they really answer emails promptly. They really outdone themselves. My arrangement brought along tears of joy and i stayed all the way in the Caribbean and i could hear the level of joy in my wife's voice. She was really pleased.

I ordered flowers for an 80 yr friends olds birthday on Monday. I order before 11:00 and she did not get them, until the next day. Called the lady said she would check on this and call back. Never got a call back. Called again to be they would be delivered on Tuesday. They did upgrade and take off same day delivery fee. Next time I will probably just contact a florist direct.
I thought the amount of flowers for the price was poor.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
