Your site posted a price of $29.99 for the item I chose. When I ordered, the site said you could not deliver to that zip code for less than $39.99. This almost sounded to me like false advertising & I wondered if the same message would appear for ANY zip code. Added to that was your $14.99 delivery fee. I expected a delivery fee, but thought this amount was too high. In general, I liked your choices & the product & service were good. The pricing made me think I was being gouged.
I paid extra for same day delivery. I paid extra for before noon same day delivery. I got a call after 4pm to tell me my order couldn't be delivered that day. I should have been told before 4pm. I should also have been offered my money back regarding same day before noon delivery fees.
So easy to navigate site
Finding and ordering these flowers form my sister was quik and painless, but when they arrived they did not look like what I had ordered... they were missing blue flowers and the flowers that were in the arrangement were not scattered they were just placeed in the vase in groups. I would attach a picture but this site does not give me an option for that
Not sureyet have not seen the flowers that I sent. What was sent was not what I ordered very disappointed.
The only issue I ever have is the actual product is never as attractive as the pictured product on the website. I understand that it may not be exactly the same, but I wish they were closer in size, quality and type of flowers and/or plants in the arrangements. Overall, they are fine for the price though.

I think the ordering was easy and they did deliver on time, but the basket was nothing that I thought it would be. I was very upset by the little amount in it, for what I did pay for.
I paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure flowers arrived by 12:00 - they were 2 hours late. The flowers were much small than what one might think a "deluxe" option would provide. Overall, bad experience as a first time customer. I will not be coming back.
For some reason the arrangement looked smaller when delivered then on the picture. So I was a bit disappointed. Otherwise it was pretty, I would of liked to see more of the green flowers it would have made the arrangement more complete.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
