I would have rated 5 stars but the cards that was put on the flowers had so many grammar errors and looked like a kid typed it up. I'd recommend coping and pasting your customers notes. Was embarrassing to see the message...

I like the fact that you offer same day delivery. It is of great convenience. I will be getting feedback about the flowers when my mom receives them tomorrow. Thanks!

Flowers were not delivered during business hours as promised. Time frame that I was given is 8 am to 6 pm PST. The flowers arrived at 7 pm instead. My mom had already left and was not there for the surprise. I am very disappointed. The time frame is a real stretched one- 10 hour range. But to get it one hour later than the last business hour? Unacceptable. Sorry.

The web site could have been just a bit more user friendly, the flower delivery and arrangement was unsatisfactory, but customer service gets an A.
It wasn't easy to correct the message on the card or the zip code during the ordering process. I had to go completely back and start the order over twice.
I paid to have expedited service to be there by noon, and it was late. The color of the roses and the vase were wrong. I asked for pink, and got red. I asked for a Thank you balloon, and got one that said something else. The flower bouquet was not worth the money. I was disappointed in the arrangement. The service I got from customer service when i called was good and the gentleman that answered the call was very pleasant and helpful.

I ordered a beautiful bouquet from the website, but when the recipient sent me a picture of the flowers she received, they were quite a bit different than what I had ordered. Also, the florist contacted me for directions, and was surprisingly rude to me on the phone. It made what should have been a happy experience into a pretty discouraging one.

Is it always$14.99 for handling no matter what flowers are ordered? I thought my order was $29.99 (smaller size) why does it show as $39.99 and saving $10.00 Shouldn't my order come to $34.99?! Confused about pricing.

I ordered some flowers for a funeral and I was well pleased when I saw them, beautiful arrangement, flowers looked fresh with an assortment of colors and flowers. I was well satisfied. Not really knowing what to order, I picked the one that the company decides what to use and the arrangement was just awesome for the price. Enjoyed how easy it was to place the order. This is the second arrangement that I have ordered, do not know what the first arrangement looked like but was told it was very nice. I will recommend this company to my friends and I will definitely keep using them for future orders.
