Better overall value than 1800flowers with less than the usual b*llsh*t ancillary fees tacked on at end of most competitor's site for same service/ quality/ performance. Result is same value... less cost, easy checkout.
I spent $62 dollars thought I was supposed to get the bigger bouquet. It was very small. Could have got double the size from my local flowers to go. I will order through them next time. Very displeased.
Was not satisfied at all. The flowers were not delivered on time and I paid for rush delivery. Not satisfied with the flowers that were sent. I paid for a larger size arraignment and what they sent looked pitiful. The $50 + dollars that I spent, I believe I could have gotten the same deal at a grocery store for $9.99. Customer service was just as bad, put on hold many times only for them to have no information on the delivery. Disappointed

Thought I was getting a different vase as shown in the picture. The flowers look nice but I have ordered less expensive flowers on line that looked much better.

We ordered flowers for a friend's birthday and had them sent to her work; the price for the flowers themselves was average compared to other flower delivery companies we had compared with. We were both surprised and disappointed to see just how much the handling fee was as that came a little out of left field.
At the end of the day though, our friend loved the flowers and they looked beautiful, even if they arrived as she was leaving... I think the only truly frustrating thing about our order was that when I called customer service to make sure the flowers would arrive before she left the only thing the agent could say was that the order had been sent out for delivery so it really wasn't up to her when it arrived... Next time I think I'll see if I can designate a specific time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
