The process wasn't as streamlined as other shopping online experiences. I had to fill in billing info even thou I already linked my paypal. It would have been useful to know the service and handling fees before the end of the order. In addition to timing of delivery. After I placed the flowers in cart, I couldn't go back and add on a balloon. I had to delete the flowers, then re-add with the balloon.

Delivery charges are too high.i do NOT like your attempts to upgrade my order. If I wanted an upgrade, I would order that to begin with.

I am very disappointed with the company you had delivering my order. They delivered the flowers that was coming to the same building to 2 woman that work in the same office, but put those flowers with 2 different drivers. So...one of the ladies received her flowers before 12 noon and the other lady received her flowers at approximately 3:00pm. The flowers received at 3:00pm was not the color I ordered as well. This is unacceptable and I don't think I will make purchases again. I am upset that business was done this way. I understand things happen but to put the flowers with different drivers is unacceptable.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
