I wish there were more options for smaller boutiques and more smaller choices for gerber daisies. The recipient of the flowers was absolutely ecstatic and totally loved the babies breath that accompanied the roses. GREAT JOB! Thank you

Difficult to get in touch with customer service due to high call volume. Once I reached them, I was hung up on. Sent email never received response.
My flowers weren't available for same day delivery as advertised but they did upgrade my order and delivered next day.

The name on the card for the flowers was signed differently than the name on my credit card and they thought it was fraud and called me to confirm i made the order. Seemed a little odd.

I paid for the premium flowers to be delivered to Aja Patterson and the arrangement was smaller than the picture, which is supposed to be the standard size. The arrangement also didn't look like the picture. I understand that there will be some variance, but it should have the same basic appearance. I also paid extra for them to be delivered before noon, but they arrived at 1:30. I've ordered flowers from your service before and was very satisfied but I am very disappointed in these.

Placed order at 7am for a before noon delivery, paid extra and wasn't told until 10am thta the delivery would not be there before noon. The employee wouldn't be there after that so now I had an employee who thought they were forgotten on a holiday and a $60 charge for flowers that didn't show up on time.

I ordered Admin's Day flowers from here specifically because the website said same day delivery. And I paid for expedited service and same day service. I ordered around 8am yesterday, and got a call around 2-3pm saying they could not deliver same day - the flowers would be delivered today. Which they were...at 1:30. I am very unhappy with the service, and will most likely go back to my normal service.

The gift arrived timely, the assortment of gift items was entirely representative of what it was described to be, and the flowers were very nice, healthy, near perfect flowers. This was a four hour delivery purchase and definitely impressive in all aspects.
