I just happen to stumble upon fromyourflowers website and am so happy I did! They were cheaper than 1-800 Flowers, FTD and other local florists, and they offered prettier bouquets for $20 less with free same day delivery. You can't beat that! I ordered the sunflower bouquet, and she received it within a couple of hours from when I placed my order. She loved it! She sent me a picture of it, and it looked just like it did on the website. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future and will refer my family/friends also to use this company.

These flowers were not delivered the day that I had requested. I received a call from customer service letting me know they were not going to deliver on time and they offered a 2.99 credit and an upgrade for the flowers. When the flowers were delivered, they did not include the note that I had requested. Just an apology letter because they were late. Overall, not a great experience.
I am extremely unhappy with from you flowers. You have false advertising. My order was not delivered when it was supposed to be delivered. I had to call customer service twice & am still very unsatisfied. I will never use you all again. Furthermore, I am seeking legal advice due to the false advertising. My flowers were to be delivered on April 22,2015 and was not delivered until April 23,2015. The flowers I ordered said available for same day delivery, but that did not happen. I can't even begin to tell you how unhappy I am with your service. I am definitely spreading the word!

My flowers were going to the same address so I don't feel I should be charged the service/handling charge on both orders. Very disappointed in the size of the arrangements and the condition of the flowers.
I ordered the premium bouquet and it looks nothing like the bouquet in the photo. I have a photo of the actual bouquet to compare. Very dissatisfied.

This order was much better quality for the price then the order I placed 4/7 was not at all happy with what was delivered to my mother for her birthday. I paid a lot for the flowers it was a very small unimpressive arrangement. I know that the orders were filled by two separate companies. Which would explain the inconsistency in quality. With that being said going forward I would be more apt to order directly thru the florist that delivered this last order. I will order through fromyouflowers again. However, if the quality is inadequate again I will bypass fromyouflowers and go directly to the local florist that I was impressed with.
This was incredibly easy to do and the prices are so reasonable. I will definitely be ordering again! I was so impressed with your website and prices. I thought to myself that it was too good to be true but I decided to take the plunge and place 2 orders. My girlfriend Ruth received hers and called me and just gushed about the beautiful colors and flowers. I was so shocked that they were delivered so quickly and were so beautiful and fresh. I will never order from anyone but you guys from now on. You are awesome and run a fantastic business. Thank you so much!
