The initial order was not what I expected. They sent another order without a problem!
Original order not delivered, custom vase and great deal on some flowers. They were for a funeral. Cust serv said it was a "ups issue". So they offered a 15-30% off another order, we redid the order and I looked online after and they didn't use the sale price! So in the end, didn't get original order, had to pick something else with NO custom case (which was the point of my order), and then the re-order we did didn't even utilize the site pricing which was 10$ cheaper than when she was placing it on the phone. I'm just so mad I'm leaving it so they get some sort of flowers showing up. First and last time using this "service". Girl on the phone was nice but didn't fully make me happy, especially since I saw the order $10 cheaper online.
Product was not delivered in time span promised. I paid extra for expedited service which I didn't receive. Was told I would receive upgrade because of delay, which I didn't receive. Although product was very pretty it was not as ordered.
Flowers were nice, I expected more for the price I paid. Will shop around next time

From you flowers could not deliver on the day I requested so they called and asked if it was OK to deliver the next day. They offered an upgrade which wasn't asked for so I was very pleased with their service.

Easy to find what I wanted. The price was extremely reasonable without a large delivery fee being tacked on at the end. I've used other services and been less than impressed, so I was skeptical when I chose this one. I am happy to say that I am impressed and will use them next time.

Order came at@ 4:55 p.m. I ordered and paid an additional fee for the deluxe arrangement ("Deluxe (shown) Flowers will be arranged as similarly to our website picture as possible.") The arrangement delivered looked nothing like the picture and was definitely not what I expected. Basically looked like someone grabbed some of the flowers shown in the pic and shoved them in a vase of water. Definitely not arranged. I would not have upgraded for the extra costs for what was received. I also ordered a "Thank you" balloon and although two balloons were attached, neither said "Thank you" like the picture on the website and there was no notice of the change.
I called your customer service line twice to check on status of delivery and both times the person answering the phone was very pleasant and tried to help. I appreciate their assistance.

I ordered the flowers for my husband's Admin and they were supposed to be delivered by Noon. When they didn't come by 1:15pm I called and asked for an update. I was told because of it being Administrative Assistant day they were backed up, but the flowers had been placed on the delivery truck at 12:31pm so they should be arriving any minute. I then called back around 3:30pm because they still had not arrived. I was told they had left a message for the driver but hadn't heard back, but would refund the $4.99 fee to have the flowers delivered by Noon. I was a little annoyed by this because I think that was the very least they could do, since the flowers didn't arrive until after his admin had left for the day. I will go back to using Edible Arrangements, they can be counted on every time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
