Fast easy site, reasonable prices.
I placed an order online for administrative assistants day, and the site says delivery would be made the same day. I tried to check delivery via phone, only to told after being on hold over 15 minutes that the service was not available via phone, only online. I was on the road without computer access. Then I receive a phone call from a blocked number at 4:35 informing me that delivery will not happen until the next day. As compensation for my non-delivery, he offers a refund of the same day delivery charge of $2.99 and not the service/handling fee of $14.99. Are you kidding me?
First time user. User friendly website. Hasn't been delivered yet so I can't comment further. The delivered item was in a wicker basket and my expectation was a 'dish'. Unless I read the description wrong, that was slightly disappointing.
The arrangement I ordered was to come in a Mason Jar. It did not. It came in a regular vase. This was disappointing, as it was picked primarily BECAUSE of the mason Jar. Other than that, all went very smoothly.
The price of the flowers should be enough to cover delivery fees... Thinking about not doing this again although I have been a loyal customer for years! I have always been satisfied with flowers but am not happy with fees anymore!

You should state that your delivery charges are so high (14.99?)when you list the item price instead of after the order is all prepped and ready to review. Your 20% discount is a bit of a joke!

Flowers were delivered in a timely & professional manner. From what I heard, the flowers looked just as good, if not better, than the photos. A+ experience!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
