I had a great experience with fromyouflowers.com. I had to order last minute flowers for the same day and the website was simple and quick to get through. I then emailed customer service as they were being delivered to a business to ask if possible to get before the person left for the day, they made it happen! Within 3 hours of my order begin placed, the flowers arrived and were BEAUTIFUL!

There were two orders for different days.the I appreciate being contacted about my card, however the firs order of flowers were not the ones ordered and the second order did not have the stuffed animal that I had ordered. We had chosen the original arrangements that were shown and were very disappointed that something else was delivered. I was told money would be taken off my bill only to be told it is a credit for a future purchase in so many days and I don't intend to order again. You also sent a phone number that was incorrect.
I ordered a beautiful spray for one of our truck drivers passed and his family. It was more beautiful than the picture on-line and we all loved it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
