I was extremely pleased with the price and the product! However, I requested the flowers be delivered on May 10th, yet they were delivered today. I was a little disappointed that it was so sudden and soon. I was concerned the receiver wouldn't be there to get them. Thank goodness she was, but in any other case that I use these services, I would like them to be delivered on the preferred date.
The flowers were supposed to arrive by twelve but didn't get there until after 4 but my grandmother-in-law LOVED them so that made the delay ok.

My sister received the flowers and loves them; but when she sent me a photo, I compared it to the arrangement that I had selected, and it was not the same. There were lilies and roses, but the filler flowers were supposed to be white, not fuschia; and the roses were supposed to be pink, not red.

I paid the extra early-guaranteed delivery fee to find out that my flowers were delivered three and a half hours after the promised time. The floral substitution was not authorized and the flowers used were my sister's least favorite flowers. The florist delivered the arrangement late and misspelled my sister's name. Overall, I've been very dissatisfied with the service considering your website is apparently top-rated by CNBC. The customer service I received after my complaint was dealt with accordingly however I believe there should've never been a problem in the first place. I sent my sister those flowers for a very specific and personal reason and they were basically botched. I'm very upset and probably will never use your service ever again and will make sure to spread the word.
My flowers were not delivered on time, however, when I contacted customer service they were wonderful, very prompt, very polite and delivered the flowers within half hour. I understand sometimes things happen that can affect delivery times, and their very concerned attitude made me feel very appreciated. I loved the service. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
