The package to my knowledge has not been delivered yet and I completely understand everything that was said and I understand why the fees are necessary, it was just deceiving as all. I felt like I would've been better off picking up the flowers and crossing the bridge for $7-. I'm sure it's a reasonable fee, it was just unexpected and I didn't budget for it: but I really needed the flowers as a token.
These were a gift for my Aunt's 86th birthday. She loved them!
I was overall, very happy with the service. The only issue at all was partly my fault. I had mistakenly given the wrong address for delivery and when I contacted you to give the correct address, I was told that the mistake had been discovered and the flowers were delivered the same day as ordered. In fact, they did not get delivered until the following day. That was understandable, though, given my mistake. I just don't know why I was told they were delivered on the day ordered when they were not.
Paid for expedited before 12pm delivery. Didn't receive them until 3 hrs after. Did talk to customer service to receive a refund for charge but it's unfortunate to have to go through that process.

With living far away from family and friends From You Flowers is very reliable with being able to send birthday and just because flowers. They always provide the best service and I can have same day delivery which is amazing.
The flowers were sent to my daughter-in-law on her birthday. She said they were lovely.

My sister received her hydrangea within 3 hours of my order. She immediately sent me a picture. It was lovely. Nice size some open flowers and a lot od buds. I was very impressed. It is also able to be replanted so it is a gift that will keep on giving. Thank you for making her day extra special.

I received a picture of the arrangement and it didn't look anything like the photo.
Very disappointed. The Sunflowers had no brown middle, the tulips were very open and the arrangement was weepy not tight and global like in the picture. Would like to send you the picture if you would like to see it.

I paid extra for a 4 hour delivery time. It arrived 7 hours later, 3 hours after the guaranteed delivery window, and when my assistant had already left for the day. I emailed and called the company, and while they were perfectly cordial there was not much help provided. I would appreciate a refund.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
