I would have liked to be able to edit my message when reviewing my order.
We were disappointed in our recent order placed on 4/21 which was supposed to be expedited and did not arrive until after 2pm on the day promised. The agent I spoke with let me know that we would not be charged for the expedited shipping and that we would be sent a $15 voucher but I have yet to see it.
The picture of what I ordered showed 3 large lilies, 3 yellow roses and lots purple Monte Casino and blue delphinium. What my friend actually received was ONE lily, 3 roses, and a sprig of purple flowers! Embarrassing! Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. I will not ever use this website again.

It was great. Thank you! The receiver sent me a picture of the plant & both she & I thought it was beautiful. The only thing that surprised me was the the final price after handling charges had been added. My planter was an extremely reasonable $31.00, but with the additional handling charge of $15.00, it brought the total up to $46.00. However, compared with other websites I was exploring, I still believe the price was quite reasonable. Thanks again for providing an easy way to get flowers sent to someone living across the country.

I am very unsatisfied with the order that I place. This was the first time that I have used the company too. I wanted pink hydrangeas for the funeral of a mother, which would have been very appropriate being so close to mothers day. I spent time looking through all of the possibilities with a budget in mind. However, I requested date of 04/25/15 was not honored, and I reluctantly agreed to let them deliver it the next day (day of the funeral) by 11AM with the funeral at 1PM; and that is with a complimentary upgrade to make the arrangement even better. I received a phone call and email about the time of its delivery to find out my order was NOT what I wanted sent. Instead petunias, patience, and another plant were sent in a decorative basket. I do not even know what the order looks like and its already there. This is very embarrassing for my company, my boss and myself.
Ordering process was easy, delivery was timely. Product on the other hand was disappointing! Upgraded bouquet to deluxe and flowers were skimpy and droopy. Added $15 worth of balloons... Most if which were deflated within hours of receipt. Could not spend our daughters birthday with her and thought a pricey bouquet would brighten her day and show her how much she means to us... Goal was not accomplished :/
