I didnt see the delivered flowers, but the recipients were very pleased with them. I live in Australia and organised the flower delivery from Sydney, which was very convenient, so the only reason I scored lower on likely to use again is because I dont have a need to send many flowers to USA.

Check out is frustrating and I ordered the Mint Julep with purple flowers and in a silver vase. I got pink flowers in a cheap clear glass vase. I am not happy, will never order from you again and will tell my friends and family to never order from you. Not only did I get what I did not order, I noticed you dropped the price by $20! PURPLE FLOWERS IN A SILVER VASE! That is what I ordered, what I wanted and what I told my daughter I got her.
Prompt and great customer service!... My one complaint was the same day guarantee advertised has nothing to back that claim up. As a customer, it was very frustrating to find out when the guarantee was unmet, there was nothing substantial provided for the inconvenience, (thou I did receive an apologetic email, I would have very much liked to have seen a upgrade or discounted service). I suggest implementing a money back guarantee, or loose the advertising on the same day delivery guarantee.
Overall, I am very pleased with everything else, the customer service, the variety and quality of the products, and the easy to navigate webpage.

First of all I ordered white flowers this was my brothers funeral I recieved color flowers very disappointed the arrangement was of poor quality

Your office staff went above and beyond their job descriptions in order to deliver flowers to my ailing cousin. They tried to deliver to the house address which I gave them but no one answered the door and keys were in the lock. Someone from your office called me to let me know so I called her brother (in Rochester, NY) who called her daughter who works at a medical center across from the hospital in Bridgeport, WV. One woman I spoke with found the exact address for that medical center. I gave her the name and phone number of my cousin's daughter. The flowers were delivered to her at the medical center! Since my cousin, Joyce Kohler, is not able to answer the door, I assumed her health aides would be there...Well, it seems they were not. Your office was so helpful. I wish I had the names of the women who helped me...They deserve a 'good job' pat on the back. Thanks so much.

Efficient and user friendly, the flowers ordered were to be delivered during A.M. hours at extra cost but was delivered afternoon/evening instead. Make sure order is delivered when stated and paid for to secure your purchase.
It would of been better if one
Florist delivered both items at the same time so I didnt have to worry if the other item was going to be delivered.also the items that were ordered were over priced or could have been more to them.
I had sent the flowers to my daughter and when she showed me the size I was very disappointed in the size they were and the size they looked like on the computer when I ordered them, very disappointed in what I paid for and what I got.

I requested for the 4 hour delivery time and paid extra for it. I placed my order at 1030am and the recipient received the delivery at 4pm. I requested to have that refunded and I am still waiting on that refund.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
