Service/Handling fee was a rather unpleasant surprise right at the end of my purchase, at half the cost of the actual flower order. Unfortunately don't have the time to start searching for different provider all over again, so I will make the purchase this time.
Also was not happy that the flowers showed sunflowers in the arrangement when shopping, and the flowers my friend received was just an arrangement of carnations and greenery. Definitely not happy with this purchase overall, although the delivery time was fantastic and exceeded my expectations.

My sister was very pleased with the flowers. Delivery took place after 5 at her work -- I was glad she had stayed late as they had been scheduled for delivery before 5 and customer service couldn't give me any information. This is my only complaint. It was very easy to order and I thought the price was fair enough. I would have liked the bouquet to be bigger, but the flowers were better looking than what I've experienced with other online services, so I was overall pleased and would use them again.

I ordered expedited shipping. I received a call that my flowers could not be shipped early, so the expedite fee was removed. My only issue was that I could not get an estimate as to when the flowers would be delivered.
The flowers look nothing like the sample shown. Poor quality of flowers and very cloudy water. Showed a straw bow around vase and nothing on one delivered. Overall a bad experience!
The flowers my daughter received looked nothing like the "Bright Blue Skies" picture online. I really wanted her to receive some beautiful flowers for her 40th Birthday as we do not live close to one another. She felt like crying when she received them because they were in such bad shape. I was so disappointed.

I think the service is all round excellent and was very impressed that customer service got back to me. However, I do think a total of $50 for 10 tulips in a vase is a little ridiculous and that is largely due to the service/handling fee of $15. Either that cost should be brought down or options where that cost will be less should be presented. So, for example, if tulips are expensive to source and deliver in the area code provided, present some options where the cost of the flowers is closer to the final price paid. Otherwise happy.
