I paid extra to have these flowers delivered by noon because my coworker for whom I bought them was leaving early. They arrived at 12:30 after she left work. If I had known that the flowers would arrive after noon I never would have ordered them.
Ordering was quick and easy. My niece sent me photo of her delivery and it was just like the photo on website. Thanks for job well done, she said it made her day.:-)

Product barely resembled the one I ordered. However, the flowers were delivered on time and the recipient seemed happy so I won't pitch a fit about it.
I was never given a really time frame for when the order would be delivered. I had sent a few emails, and yes they did respond promptly, but was unhappy that I did not get the order the same day as promised. And yes they did refund the 2.99, but again the birthday was yesterday and not today.
I think you should let everyone know up front about your handling fee to make everyone aware of cost before getting to the end at checkout and its a surprise. Just FYI. Paid to have order expedited and it was not delivered on time. Will never order from you again or recommend you to anyone.
If the flowers arrive as and when they should, then i'm most impressed with the service. Quick and easy.

Flowers arrived on time. My only concern was the quantity of flowers. I was sent a picture of the delivered flowers, and i wasn't impressed as to the size. I paid extra for the largest size, and thank god i did, i can only imagine what my girlfriend would of said had it been the small order. Otherwise excellent service.
I paid more through your site to ensure prompt same day delivery. I could have used the local flower shop for cheaper and more prompt service. They didn't even deliver the day promised! Then the next promise was before noon the following day(not same day as previous promised). They didn't show until 1:46 nearly two hours later than promised.
Never using you again and will tell all my friends to tell their friends not to use you.
Great overall experience for last minute gifts! Only knock would be that it is a little over priced For first time shoppers.
The flowers i got were beautiful and she was very pleased but it took 4 hours past my guaranteed time slot to receive them. If I'm paying that much money i Expect them to arrive when i need to. I will give one more chance
