I couldn't go to the funeral, but they said the flowers were beautiful, and was very nicely arranged. One of the best arrangements there, and it was very easy to order.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on my mom's b-day. I received a call after/around 5 PM to inform me that they were not delivered and wouldn't be until the next day. They "bumped" my order up to the next bouquet size (though I couldn't tell from my mom's picture) and sent an apology card to her, along with the flowers. Nice gesture, but the whole point of me ordering the flowers on line was to get them to her ON her birthday. I am unlikely to use this service again.

Ok, so the arrangement itself was beautiful, but I paid extra to have the flowers delivered before noon (it was crucial), and they weren't. So I just paid for a service I did not receive. #verydisappointed
The price was fine but not for the product they sent. When I seen what they had sent my parents it was nothing like the arrangement I ordered. I called and the first person was nice and professional but the second person I spoke with hung up on me and the third person left quite a bit to be desired in customer service. I will NEVER use this place again!
I just wish the flowers didn't come in a box. I wish they were from an actual local florist.
I sent this same bouquet to my granny in LA earlier this week and she said it was gorgeous. So i'm sending it to someone else.
So I sent it to someone in TX, and paid to have it delivered before noon the next day. I rec'd a call from a driver, at 9:51am that couldn't find the address (very nice). He said that it was too far for him to take and the flowers would be transferred to someone else.
A different driver called me at 3:32pm to make sure the address was correct. Then he called back at 4:01pm to say he couldn't find it (he was also very nice).
I don't know what time the flowers were actually delivered.

I was looking for an option to change the vases to a different shape and I didn't see it, also when I clicked on an item it said that I could click on a similar item but it gave me a very different verity not the same. That was the only thing, my shipment arrived almost at 18:00 and was not like the photo I saw, it was pritty but not as pritty as the photo, I specifically ordered this item and not a similar one and paid more for it, because it had more colors :( , anyway that was disappointing
The 14.99 handling fee was not mentioned until the invoice, so that was a little surprise. My fiancée really liked the flowers so that speaks for itself. Thank you for the great delivery service!

Good product selection, timely delivery in terms of when they said flowers would arrive. Wish could have had 24 hr service but due to remote delivery location I was very pleased with service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
