I would like to see the finished product as well as the time of delivery before I give my full experience. The website was great, hopefully so will the rest. Ordering was fast & easy. Lots of additional fees at the end. Order came right at last. Paid for Premium boutique, did not recover a premium boutique... Disappointed.
Delivery was not made on the day I requested. Delivery was made late, however, the customer service personnell were wonderful and gave me a free upgrade along with an apology note to the recipient.
The hassle and the embarassment of making the recipient think I forgot her Birthday was a bit of a negative impact on me.
I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered 5/1/15, a special occaision...They were delivered 4/28/15. Tge bouquet i ordered online was not even close to what was ordered. There were 4 flowers in a vase delivered. 4 stems. My wife called flower power, the florist. She was calling ti share her concern for tge arrangement delivered, which were already wilted some. The girl at flower power said "well, thats because the flowers were ordered online". My wife asked how much they cost and girl said 35.00. End result my wife gave tge flowers to an elderly woman we know i suppose it blessed her some. But, I think the online bouquet pictures are decieving compared with what was delivered, and, on the wrong day...

I really think you should show the cost of shipping with the flower prices on the same page. The Shipping was almost the same price as the flowers which was a tiny arrangement but it was all I could afford.
