I really thought It was a better looking online
The flowers were NOT delivered on the day requested, even though the order was in long before the deadline, and I paid extra for same day delivery.
The arrangement was sparse, when compared to the photo on line.
But worst of all, they lied about when they were delivered- saying they were delivered on the day requested. However the delivery Person called me as he was actually delivering the flowers, and it was the day AFTER their record said it was delivered!

It was good until I got to the service charge. I felt I got the Bait and switch.
Huge assortment of flowers and easy to navigate site. Didn't like that I had to start all over in order to make a slight change to my order.
Flowers showed up and were not was expected ranging from flowers that were already starting to die to a vase that was nothing like what was in the picture.
Contacted customer service, in their defense they attempted to make it right by sending out another order, however still wasn't what was expected. I appreciate the attempt to make it right, but won't order from this site again.

This time Flowers did not arrive on date specified arrived a day late after several calls to customer service.
At 9:30 a.m. I was would be delivered shortly. 5 hours later, they arrived. No apology.
I was they called the person to let them know it was their error in not making the delivery yesterday for my Mom's birthday.
Extra delivery fee was waived, but VERY disappointed on the delivery with no call to me or the customer.

Easy to use process. The only thing I didn't care for was the delivery price $14.95 & the fact that you have to enter your Credit Card info before you can see what you will be charged for delivery. *Also, I called Customer Service the day after placing my order to change the delivery date to one day later. The CS person was very nice & helpful & told me the change was made. But my whole Birthday surprise was ruined when the flowers were delivered on the wrong date. 4/29/15 instead of 4/30/2015. The arrangement was fresh but was not good quality. I was a disappointed with the way they looked.

Shopping experience so far was easy. The final experience will be in the delivery.
Delivered same day as advertised, just within a couple hours. Apparently the arrangement was beautiful and she loved them. We'll see how long they last, but so far I'm very satisfied and will probably come back the next time I need to send flowers.
Very easy to pick out an order. The Service/Handling price is a little steep but you do what you have too.
The recipient just sent me a photo of her flowers. Nowhere near what the picture in the order looked like & not up to standards of the price.

I ordered flowers and when the deliver came I was in the place and when I saw the size I couldn't believe the size. I payed $50 for something so small that it was disappointing. I called and gave a complaint and the manager gave me back my refund but instead of recognizing they made an error they decided to actually send someone to my house to pick up 4 small flowers in a thin vase. Incredible I tell you so please DO NOT DO NOT CALL THEM WITH AN ORDER THINKING IT WILL BE BIG TRUST ME THE FLOWERS ARENT THE SIZE YOULL GET.!
