Did not deliver when asked and would not deliver to the business place. Was not told that until the evening that it was supposed to be delivered. The arrangement was not worth the price paid.
I don't like how you get all the way to the end and then you surprise me with tax and a 15 dollar handling charge. That was shady.
I purchased the middle selection of flowers for my mother-in-laws birthday. I wanted a nice arrangement of flowers, nothing too big, nothing to small. The arrangement that was sent was TINY! I wouldn't have paid $15 for that arrangement that cost me $42 to send to her. I was incredibly disappointed and embarrassed by that. Very sad. I don't think I will be buying from this site again.

The flowers were delivered three hours from when I ordered them. They look beautiful and the delivery man was quite polite
