The flowers I bought were for my mother's retirement. I chose to pay the expedited shipping fee so that she would receive the flowers prior to 10am as she was scheduled to leave the office before noon. The flowers did not arrive to her office until 2:45pm, at which time she was not only gone but, never going back.

My original order was not delivered on the guaranteed time frame. However you guys made sure it was delivered the following day and upgraded the package. The recipient was very pleased with her flowers.

The order received was vastly different from the picture on the website and the picture included in my online receipt. The picture online/receipt was a vase of flowers that was full, very little greenery and had at least 3 lilies and full yellow roses. It was full of color with very little green filler. The product received had LOTS of green filler. In fact, the arrangement was more green than any other color. It had one lily, 3 small roses and lots of cheap filler. I am very disappointed in the product received.

I am not very happy this business exchange.

First, I had issues placing the order, which customer service advised they could correct for me.

I went on line around 1:30 today to check the delivery status, and was uable to do so on your website. For some reason, my order # could not be located. I sent 2 emails to "*******@FromYouFlowers.com" and received a general and unsatisfactory reply.

I called your 1-800 #, and the recording advised you could not give order status via phone today. The customer service rep advised "your order is in process."

I am still unable to get an updated status online. Had I known it would be this late in the day without receipt, I would have paid the extra money to ensure morning delivery.

It is now 3:30 p.m., and my husband has not received his anniversary gift. I am very disappointed.

I ordered same day delivery but it could not be confirmed... After contacting customer service decided to get next day delivery with an upgrade from deluxe to premium... The flowers were very pretty but also VERY small for an premium order... Looked like just an regular order not even a deluxe definitely not the premium... Way overpriced at a little over $50 for such a small vase and display... First time I try "fromyouflowers" and it will be the last time... very disappointed and should of never tried this place over FTD flowers BIG mistake. Thank you - Heath.

Sent Birthday Bouquet

Sent Birthday Bouquet. Ordered Deluxe arrangement and it was not exactly as Described. Was the size you would expect a regular priced arrangement and some of the flowers were broken. However, the delivery man did sing Happy Birthday to her.
