The flowers were damaged and looked nothing like the photo...I paid for the arrangement with more flowers but, it looks like the basic amount...the thought ultimately is what counts, but I am dissatisfied with the arrangement. I am leery to purchase an arrangement from your company again.

Price was good, delivery next day was the reason I went with this company. But once I seen what my wife brought home I was disappointed. Nothing like the picture, about half the flowers that were in the picture

When my friend told me how absolutely beautiful the flowers were it made the shipping/delivery cost all worth while. She was absolutely in heaven, she said it was one of the most beautiful arrangements she has ever seen. The flowers looked like they had just been picked from a garden.
The only other thing I would suggest is it would be nice if one was allowed to have a bit more typing characters on the cards.

I really didn't think what was sent to my mom was worth the amount charged. The flowers looked different from the photo I saw. My sister said they were pretty, but to me they were just thrown in the vase without arranging. My daughter rearranged the flowers. So this indicates the florist who did the flowers did so in a hurry. It is not your company's fault this lies with the florist who arranged the flowers.

The flowers did arrive on time, but they were not as pretty as I thought they would be. Very simple. I understand that it is florist pick, and at a reduced price, but they were not as I imagined.
