I feel if your going to offer a 4 hour delivery guarantee for an extra charge then there should be NO excuses. I was highly disappointed that after paying for the service the arrangement showed up over 5 hours later after the recipient was GONE.

Item and service was more expensive than I had planned to spend. Flowers were not delivered before 12:00 noon. Since I didn't notice the flowers I ordered at the funeral home before 12 noon and received notice that they were delivered around 3 p.m. I am disappointed that I was charged an extra fee for the time I asked them to be delivered.

NOT a good experience. Ordered & paid for the flowers to be delivered same day. Recieved message late in the day that they would not in fact be able to deliver them until the next day. Furious! Should have indicated in the check out process that there was a possibility they would not be delivered. Next day 2:00 rolls around and still nothing. Both calls to customer service were met with reps who seemed to be annoyed to help and have to deal with a complaint. Especially the second day. No interest a satisfied customer!

I made 2 separate orders. The display photo showed a medium size order (I called to verify). The flowers sent does not look like the photo. I have pictures to show what was delivered. I'm hoping the next order will be better (due for delivery in May 4th.) if it isn't, I won't use you again. I'm disappointed in what was sent for the April 30th order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
