This is the worse business EVER. They will not deliver your flowers on the promised day and then refuse to refund "expedited delivery fees"
Easy to do and get what I wanted
I was pleased with the online purchasing experience. I was also pleased with the arrangement. The only complaint I have is the cost of delivery (but I am confident the fee is no higher than most delivery service). However, the cost of the flowers was reasonable. Overall, I would give my experience a 4 out of 5.

I was happy for the most part with everything. Only problem was that I paid extra to have the flowers delivered before noon and they didn't arrive until after 1pm. But I was credit back the extra fee. Overall the flowers were amazing.
I was surprised by the handling charge. It was not unreasonable, but should be revealed up front, not at the very end.
The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the online picture. I saw that there might be substitutions but there were so many that it didn't look anything like the one online. I was very disappointed. The vase online was very pretty but the one the flowers came in was just a typical vase with nothing special about it. I spent almost $80 for something that I would have returned if I had time. I can say that I won't ever use your online resource again.
The lady that delivered the order was very sweet and apologized. She offered to take it back but I had to have it that evening and didn't have time to find anything else. The flowers were pretty but nothing like what I ordered.
Wanted same day delivery n 2 b before noon, was a bit extra. Flowers weren't deliver till almost 4pm. Besides being very late it didn't look anything like the pic. Got a 20% refund after calling n complaining n credit that I will never use.

Delivery and customer service were highly satisfactory as expected. However, if you're going to use local florists for product delivery, I should think that a larger selection could be made available. Also paying$ 54 to have a $12 plant delivered to a location one mile from the source seems exorbitant. (This was with a 20% "discount")
I ordered flowers and a teddy bear and balloons for my granddaughters birthday. The flowers were even prettier than pictured, and Sadie was thrilled! Thank you for making my girls day extra special.

I would rather know all costs involved. I find it misleading to see that something costs 27.99 and then get to check out and the bill is 45.97. Yes I "saved" 7.00 but overall the total was more than anticipated.
