I gave a three as a neutral experience. Disappointed that business only able to deliver on time for one order but failed on the other one. Overall the business do try to make it up by offered me a discount. However, little teeth pulling on getting the "right" discount. Positive feedbacks from my recipients on the flower arrangements. Recommendations to the business: Please cut the wait time on the phone; notify client earlier if there are any issues. I think I will still give it another try in the future as the business do show they care about their customers.
The arrangement looked nothing like the picture. The flowers were pale and wilted. It looked like they were carelessly put in a vase. I'm very disappointed.

The birthday bouquet was very sub standard. The arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. The bouquet that I ordered had lots of purple and pink roses and yellow lilies. The arrangement that was delivered was not colorful and did not even look like the arrangement that was on the website. Whoever did this arrangement skimped on the color and the flowers. I had my sister to photograph the flowers, and I was so disappointed. She was happy because she was just surprised that I had thought about her. Maybe with these types of services you have to order an arrangement that includes just one type of flower so they can get it right. Disappointed. Will have to try another service, not this one!
I've never heard of this flower company & saw it on Crowd Cut, so thought I'd give it a try...I guess the flowers were perfect according to the person I sent them to...Thank you for your good service...I will definitely keep you in mind for future deliveries:-)

When receiving the order it looked as if it was thrown together. The bow looked like it is supposed to be for thanksgiving, when it is May. The candy that was provided was not the candy that was in the picture or the list. Clearly a waste of money. I could've definitely paid 20 dollars less and made it myself looking like that.

Last order looked nothing like what I ordered but recipient loved it. Still a disappointment for me. Was given $15 gift certificate.
Current order was not what I ordered but more similar than last order. Don't know if Ill be using you again. And delivering at 8am on Saturday is not a good idea. Recipient was awakened.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
