I was disappointed that the flowers looked wilted the day of the funeral. I paid an extra charge for early morning delivery, but they were delivered the day before the funeral.

So far it's good...I'll know when I see them :) I was a bit surprised that I was charged a same day delivery fee and and handling fee...shouldn't the handling fee be in the price of the flowers? I didn't make it to Asheville then so I'm going by what my granddaughter told me. She said they were wonderful and made the room smell great! I will have her send me a pix of them...

This is the second time that I have ordered flowers from this company and they have not met their guaranteed delivery time. The most recent order was not delivered and I did not receive a call from From You Flowers until the following day. I feel that a portion of the cost should be refunded for their failure to meet their commitment.

This is the absolute WORST flower delivery company I have EVER used. Unprofessional, rude, not courteous AT ALL. My delivery was 2 days late AND on top of the that the delivery man argued with my grandmother his slip listed an April 27 delivery instead of being apologetic. I will NEVER use this service again and will post of yelp, google, etc how unhappy it was. Thanks for ruining my gift to my grandmother on her 74th birthday.

The flowers I have received have been very fresh and exactly what I wanted, the best internet delivery I have ever had, never disappointed. I have never had such good quality sent through the Internet I have used this service a number of times and never been let down. The qualify and design has always been really beautiful and great quality.

After ordering, and I was not impressed with the flowers, I began receiving magazines. Come to find out they sold my information to ValueMags. Do not involve yourself with this company, the ensuing nightmare is not worth it.

Now I have to spend my time and my money stopping the magazines and ensuring my credit information is not compromised; including canceling the credit card.

I was very pleased to receive an immediate response from customer service after I made an error by putting my name as the deliverer of the flowers. Customer service responded in less than 3 minutes to acknowledge my issue and inform me that they had already corrected the order and assured me that all was in order. I received excellent service and my Aunt was surprised and expressed how beautiful the gift was. Thanks for making my day.
