The first were received on time and very quickly. The recipient said they were beautiful
I believe the 2nd was received on time as well.
The 3rd order was received 2 days late. I was warned about them being a day late but the 2nd day I received a delivered receipt and the flowers had not been delivered
You ask for only email requests with issues but the email response was awful. No matter how many times I wrote that the order was not delivered, I would get an email saying it was and some generic thank you for your order. I wrote at least 10 times that it was not ordered and the emails from reps would say it had been. In frustration, I called and the agent was helpful. Called the florist and found out they had not delivered. But would be that day. They were delivered and I was told they were beautiful (The florist changed the order as they did not have the flowers requested). I was a little annoyed they were 2 days late as they were get well flowers and I was unimpressed with the email responses about my order. The professionalism of the phone rep is what gave you a good rating. As was the fact that 2 of 3 orders were received promptly.
Yours is the only way I can safely send flowers around the USA! Nothing but good reports from those receiving flowers.
I appreciate the discounts because floral arrangements tend to be expensive. Delivery is amazing! Customer Service gets back to you so fast it's a little unbelievable as I know they're busy. I appreciate that, shows they really care about the customer.

Flowers were late, arrangements were not premium
The whole shopping experience was easy but one thing I would suggest is when a customer puts something in the cart that it stays there until the order is placed. I got my order ready and in the cart last night so I could just place it this morning. However when I went to the cart this morning my cart was empty so I had to set up the order again. It's not a huge deal but it would be convenient.

I have used this service for awhile. Everyone who receives flowers, gifts or baskets from me, always express how gorgeous and plentiful the gifts are! I had a probkem with the wrong basket being delivered, but, after dealing with 3 representatives, and a few hours later, a replacement basket of what I had really ordered was delivered, and the problem was corrected! I am still a happy customer, because the correction was made in a timely manner! And, as usual, the Gift Basket was exceptional!
Flowers were sent as a gift, but saw a picture of what was delivered, I feel very over priced! Not what was pictured on the web site
So far it was an easy shopping experience. I hope that the order is "Fresh and Appealing" since we will not be able to see it personally. This is for my cousin who has brain cancer, and a surprise, so please make sure it is in "Excellent" condition and appearance. Thank You.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
