Got call were coming tomorrow, but had ordered for today. However, no problem, they corrected error and received rather promptly after florist confirm call.
I had a few issues with the website slowing down when processing the order, I almost closed out. No other issues, but you could note that there is a14 service charge before you get to checkout. I figured there would be, but it would be an unwelcome surprise to many who have not ordered flowers very often.

Ordered from them for same day delivery never got anything and when I called they told me they didn't have everything to complete my order that's why I didn't receive it but didn't call me they didn't change it on time so I would receive it on time
I was in a rush to send the flowers ASAP for a wake on that day... But you guys called me and said they weren't able to ship it out until the next day and that she would upgrade and etc for the inconvenience. Thank goodness it all worked out. Thank you;-)
