Flowers were starting to wilt because they had no source of water and 2 of the rose's were snapped and just hanging. They are very nice flowers but severely disappointed they showed up the way that did.
The flowers delivered were beautiful, and the cost was what I could afford. Very pleased.
Got free shipping so I decided to order. I did try and use an AARP discount but it didn't work. Do not know why.
The arrangement was pretty. But the colors were not what I ordered, not what the picture said. I ordered dark Orange/Red Rose's, with Dark pink flowers. I got yellow roses with light pink flowers. Like i said, the arrangement was still pretty, but i had choses the other arrangements because of the color of the Rose's. So i was a little disappointed.

I received an email asking me if my order was received yet which raised concerns that it had been delivered to the wrong address because I had not received it. I wish I had received a way to track it.
The flowers I bought were a gift. My friend sent me a photo of what she got, and the amount of flowers was quite different than the photo on the delivery notice email I got. While both photos were very attractive, more trust is established when the representation is closer to what was delivered, prompting more return customers to your service. While I realize that is not always possible, I offer it in the context of constructive feedback. I am otherwise completely satisfied with what was delivered. It would also be helpful if you could include the time it was delivered besides the date. That way it makes it easier to know when to phone the recipient.

As I'm located in Australia and these flowers were for a friend, I had to wait to talk to her to see if she was really happy with them: and she is.
Sadly with the Aussie $ they are expensive, but worth it!

The handling fee is rather expensive and unexpected. However the flowers were beautiful and delivered on time.
Well, flowers were delivered with a tiny box of chocolate and a mini balloon. The flowers delivered were not even close to the picture when ordering, actually very disappointed. I did not expect it to be a copy of the picture, when ordering a hamburger I know it will not look as good as the picture. But these flowers, not even burst into bloom. Happy to share a picture of them so you can see for yourself.
